All models work on the principle of downward displacement of air which is the most economical method of obtaining sterilization. Robust and rigid construction, designed for all types of bulk sterilization which are commonly needed in Medical, Agricultural, research Institute and Pharmaceutical Industries. Suitable for Sterilizing hospital dressings, rubber, plastic goods, surgical instruments, glass wares, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Safety Features:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Special provision prevents the operator from opening the door in following events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 When the chamber is under pressure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u2022 When one door is open the other cannot be opened (for Sterilizer with 2 Doors).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) The sterilizer is provided with triple safety. \u2022 Pressure control switch which automatically cut off the pressure at required set value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Three spring loaded safety valves one each at chamber and jacket &amp; boiler level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> A dead weight safety valve at chamber level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(c) A plug screen prevents the discharge line from choking. The plug is easily removable for routing cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(d) A powerful Ejector (for drying sterilized linen) circulates air through the chamber.
